Thank you for your help!The problem has been solved.I am using vitual C++ 6.0 now,the error is because I have not install HTML Help Workshop,but I did not add the comment character (#) before HHC_DIR and HHC_EXE,now the compile successed!

It seems to be a bad environment, no ?
You must call something like :
"K:\Program Files\Microsoft Platform SDK for Windows Server 2003
R2\SetEnv.Cmd"
"K:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\VC\bin\vcvars32.bat"
