Hi Guys,

 

First time poster here so, be gentle.

 

I use a piece of software called UltraVNC (like VNC) and have a little applet I can send to people, so that when they need computer help the applet calls back to my PC and I can see/control there PC.

 

This is part of UltraVNC and called SingleClick (or SC). It all works great on XP<->XP but when the server computer is Vista, just as I get to see there screen the applet crashes and I get back to my desktop.

 

I was wondering if a packet capture session might help so I have done this, but I am honestly not sure how to interpret the results?

 

Anyone here able to help?
