For more explanation. I use a softphone Xlite on same desktop with
wireshark.
On Xlite I have declared the field Tos/DSCP 46 for Audio and 26 for
signaling but if I trace the SIP call the field is always at DSCP 0x00:
default why?

Are you sure that your switches are not marking the DSCP/COS values to 0? An
untrusted switch port in the cisco world will do this by default when mls
qos is enabled.
