wget: unable to resolve host address `anonsvn.wireshark.org'
means exactly what it says...: A failure trying to get the IP address of anonsvn.wireshark.org while trying to download required libraries. 


Are you connected to the Internet when you run this ?
Are you behind a firewall and need to use a proxy  ??
