Hi,
I think you've misread the Wireshark feature list. It nowhere states that it
does real time dissection and display of packets. It does do live capture and
dissection, but that is not to be confused with real time.
The emphasis is given to the capture process i.s.o. the dissection/display
process, in order to minimize the chance of dropping packets.
What you're looking for may be better found in other software.

Wireshark provides the real time packet analysis but when you see the IO
Graphs, you don't get real time thing. It means that the packet is
