Yes this is still happening with 0.99.8 (happening even with the latest build from subversion).
I'll go ahead a file a bug.

If so, please file a bug at bugs.wireshark.org, and provide a samplecapture file with a packet that shows the problem, if possible (no needfor any other packets).
