Not sure about the details of this issue but probably I have similar
problem of decoding the IP part of the 802.11 frames because the
DSAP/SSAP pair on LLC headers were not the expected one. Should be
0xAAAA to be decoded correctly by Wireshark.
Note: upgrading Brcm wifi drivers did not help.

What version of Wireshark are you using? There might've been a
problem with the QoS data a while ago, but it should be OK in recent
releases.
