Browsing around http://www.centos.org I eventually found a list of mirrors which allowed me to browse said mirrors which eventually took me to: 

http://ftp.linux.ncsu.edu/pub/CentOS/5/updates/i386/RPMS/wireshark-0.99.5-1.el5.i386.rpm
Of course that is for CentOS 5. Other versions can probably easily be found on that web site.
