What about:
git commit -C HEAD
(with installed our pre-commit git hook [I think the best is ln -sf
/path/to/wireshark/tools/pre-commit /path/to/wireshark/.git/hooks/])
Is there cmake build for Ubuntu?
By the way: is that possible to distribute Debian/Ubuntu packages
(nightly?) in the same way like for Windows? It seems that buildbot
already do that job.
Is that possible to split building original Wireshark and patch? This
add possibility to detect if patch introduce some new warnings or not,
also it is possible great optimization (only if you decided to not
rebuild already commited sources anymore, but I think this can fail in
some cases like C header that are not linked in make/build subsystem)
Last thing: if there double buildbot for any platform/OS? It is useful
to have one OS/platform but one should be 32bit, second one 64bit.
That can be possibility to detect couple of issues.
