There are two interesting module : InstallRequiredSystemLibraries and fixup_bundle from BundleUtilities (http://www.cmake.org/Wiki/BundleUtilitiesExample)

It works pretty well for me with  Qt5.2 / Qt5.3 



Eventually we'll get cmake working properly, I have no idea what cpack does though.
