i m trying to add a plugin for my protocol, i do all modifications on 

-plugins/Makefile.am

-plugins/Makefile.nmake

-the top level Makefile.am

-the top level configure.ac

-epan/Makefile.am

-CMakeLists.txt

and of course i wrote my packett-PLUGIN_NAME.c

and now what i must do ? i should do again ./autogen.sh then ./configure then make ? 

Yes. But it should be done automatically when you run make if I'm not mistaken.

who can help me ?
