All plugins are located under the plugins/ sub-directory. Yours appears to be under epan/dissectors/.

Subject: [Wireshark-dev] compiling plugin for wireshark 1.8.2
Hi,
I have a plugin that worked in Wireshark 1.7.0 and I tried recompiling
it with Wireshark 1.8.2
Every time I get the following errors, even though I changed nothing.
Wireshark compiled fine )using Visual Studio 2010) and when I looked in
the Help - it had the ID I gave it.
Any advice on what I'm missing?
