I have checked again and found out I don't have them in my cygwin.
Apperantly when I installed it again not so long ago it didn't add the
bison, flex, unzip and wget.
At least I kept the old one too and copied them into the new :)

First the obvious question:    :)

You've verified that bison,flex,unzip & wget are installed in cygwin ??

(Since things like perl & sed are being found in /usr/bin the PATH is 
presumably OK so I don't know why bison & etc wouldn't be found if they 
are in/usr/bin).
