But dissect_ansi_637_trans_app() calls col_set_str(), not col_append_str(), and
I don't see a col_set_fence() in packet-sip.c, so I don't think we'd see
"SIP/IS-637-A" in the protocol column, but merely, "/IS-637-A".  Is that the
intent?  Or am I missing something and "SIP/IS-637-A" would be displayed after 
all?
