Hi,
I have committed support for disabling OID resolution and suppressing SMI errors in 32096.
Since OID resolution will be disabled by default from now, I hope to make everyone happy. :-)
(Except those who want to use non smilint clean MIBS with Wireshark, but they are free to fix libsmi. ;-))

As far as I'm concerned, I see no objections (but as I'm not using SNMP at all...).
