I've been working on an ASN.1-based dissector lately and got impatient 
with the slow modify-compile-test cycling, so I have changed it to be an 
  ASN.1-based plugin dissector.  I am thinking this technique might be 
of general use to those building such dissectors, so perhaps a simple 
sample along these lines would be something I could contribute.

So I have two questions for the group:
1. is this of interest to anyone but me?
2. would an addition to the wiki be the best way to contribute this?
