Title: Plugin easy_codec seems obsolete with VS2005+
Hello,
For information, it seems that the plugin easy_codec is obsolete using VS2005+ to compile Wireshark.
The error:

The codecs from http://www.imtelephone.com/ were compiled in 2006 or 2007 so I do not think that they are still supported in recent versions of Visual Studio.
