  Jaap Keuter，thank  you for the advise！^_^
  I knew this method  and I have succeed  in adding a  new menu item    to  the menu“Statistics”。
  But what I need now is adding a new menu to the menubar and   adding some exited menu item such as“Endpoint”、“Io graphs” to the new menu。
 Still thanks very much.I will keep trying。
