Hi,
The code is already part of trunk. You can try a development build from http://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/
The code will be included in the next major release. No planned release date yet. A development build 1.3.0
is planned to be released shortly.
 
The suport for decoding multiplex streams are very limited as I understand it. No plans exists to further develop the code.
