Not sure what you are referring to here.

When somebody asks me to check my env var... I got right to my computer (right click / properties) then select the advanced tab and look at my class path.
Where can I find the LIB env vars..??

Try again, I asked what your "LIB" env var points to, and to use the /headers switch to dumpbin.
