Hi,
You might be helped with ./configure --without-wireshark (from the top
of my head). That removes the dependabcy of GTK, but configures the
build of tshark, hence the dissector.

Unfortunately, no. At least not a reliable method that will work
every
time. If you are having trouble with the dependencies, you may want
to
try MacPorts or Fink to install everything you need. Personally, I
run
a dev environment with 100% self compiled programs, but it isn't for
the
faint of heart :).
