 Hello all,

Thx to Jaap and all others.
I have compiled wireshark now with GTK1 and GLIB1 and it works fine with very less network traffic.

If anybody will have this Solaris sparc package, please send me a mail.
I can also provide the package for some web-pages....

THANKS!!

Bye,
Nobsi

Hi,

I guess that the GTK1 version is less 'X intensive' than GTK2. So Wireshark
1.0.3 (GTK+ 2.12.0) is more intensive than Wireshark 0.99.3a (GTK+ 1.2.10).
Have a go with the GTK1 build of Wireshark 1.0.3 and see what happens then.

Thanx,
Jaap
