The second part is done (with the release of 1.0.x), the first part is waitingfor Gerald to ???? (I really don't know what's keeping it at the weird .99)

My current Wireshark version (from Help->About Wireshark):

Another argument for having Major.<odd> numbers be Development releasesand Major.<even> numbers be actual releases?


(Not sure where Rev 18654 is from--that's ancient.)
