Hi,

which OCTET STRING type do you need to modify?
It is not possibe to modify "common OCTET STRING".

You can use #.FN_HDR/BODY/FTR e.g. in following way:

NAS-Message ::=      OCTET STRING (SIZE (1..4095))
#.FN_HDR NAS-Message
...

or e.g.

RAB-Info-v6b0ext ::=    SEQUENCE {
 mbms-ServiceIdentity    OCTET STRING (SIZE (3))
}

#.FN_HDR RAB-Info-v6b0ext/mbms-ServiceIdentity
...

Tomas
