Regards Anders -----Original Message----- From: wireshark-dev-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:wireshark-dev-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Stephen Fisher Sent: den 5 december 2007 06:17 To: wireshark-dev@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [Wireshark-dev] Fwd: GTK+ 2.12.3 released Could one of the Windows developers bump us up to GTK 2.12.3 in the trunk? It contains a fix for our bug #958: "Graphical Corruption" (GTK+ bug #144269: "GtkHPaned flickers and leaves widgets in child panels unr..."). This is a small update to 2.12.2, which was released about a week ago, so if that's what we have in line for 0.99.7 release, we might as well update that as well. Thanks! ----- Forwarded message from Matthias Clasen <mclasen@xxxxxxxxxx> ----- Date: Tue, 04 Dec 2007 23:52:05 -0500 From: Matthias Clasen <mclasen@xxxxxxxxxx> To: gnome-announce-list@xxxxxxxxx, gtk-devel-list@xxxxxxxxx, gtk-app-devel-list@xxxxxxxxx, gtk-list@xxxxxxxxx Subject: GTK+ 2.12.3 released GTK+ 2.12.3 is now available for download at: http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/gtk+/2.12/ gtk+-2.12.3.tar.bz2 md5sum: dc8455144f27945f2fcbe91e75acd118 gtk+-2.12.3.tar.gz md5sum: 68b2ec8a2b025f91d618cd79a4cea909 This is a quick followup release to correct two problems with 2.12.2: the tarballs contained incomplete API docs, and a GtkNotebook bug fix caused epiphany to crash. What is GTK+ ============ GTK+ is a multi-platform toolkit for creating graphical user interfaces. Offering a complete set of widgets, GTK+ is suitable for projects ranging from small one-off tools to complete application suites. GTK+ has been designed from the ground up to support a range of languages, not only C/C++. Using GTK+ from languages such as Perl and Python (especially in combination with the Glade GUI builder) provides an effective method of rapid application development. GTK+ is free software and part of the GNU Project. However, the licensing terms for GTK+, the GNU LGPL, allow it to be used by all developers, including those developing proprietary software, without any license fees or royalties.
