Thanks for the help!! Switching steps 2 and 3 seemed to give a different output from the vcvars32.bat file yet I get the same errors on both the distclean and the build. Am I missing something in the Quick Setup guide? I think I am doing everything correctly except for downloading the files using wget (I will try to set the http_proxy variable again, but I am pretty sure it is right). What directory should the Makefile.nmake be in?
