Hi,
If its in tha map dialouge you use the extension container. Like in:
MAP-OpenInfo ::= SEQUENCE {
destinationReference [0] IMPLICIT AddressString OPTIONAL,
originationReference [1] IMPLICIT AddressString OPTIONAL,
...,
extensionContainer ExtensionContainer OPTIONAL
-- extensionContainer must not be used in version 2
}
Best regards
Anders

Hi,
Thanks for the attachment.
Unfortunately, I could not make much use of it.
I need to test proprietary information, which is added as a data item in the
GSMMAP asn file.
All I could see in the interrogate_ss packet is its dialogue portion has
destination & origination references.
My point is: in that portion of dialogue, can I transfer proprietary
information?
Best Regards,
Bhavani

You can have a look to the following message.
I think it should help you.
(See attached file: interrogate_ss.cap.gz)

Hi,
How to transfer proprietary information in TCAP?
Can the packet contain component portion?
Can it also contain MAP OPEN information along with proprietary information
in the dialogue portion?
I'm using GSMMAP as TC user.
Any hints are welcome.
Thanks in advance.
Best Regards,
Bhavani
