Wireshark-dev: [Wireshark-dev] Statistics UI for proprietary plugin

Looking for an advice on how to add UI to a dissector plugin for proprietary protocol . Ideally, if the plugin is present then the "Statistics" menu would have another menu item to open the UI. Are there any suggestions/existing examples of such plugins?
