Hi List!
After upgrading to the latest cygwin versions, the Wireshark "setup" target (and probably other parts as well) wasn't working any longer - with a very strange error message. 

Downgrading bash from 3.18 to 3.16 solved the problem (at least for me).

You may better not upgrade cygwin for now ...
