I think it would be better to post it to the lists over at
www.tcpdump.org since thats where (i think) all the action about pcap
is.



Once you have the capture code and also the code for a new
encapsulation type added into pcap  it would be VERY nice with a page
on the wiki with links to the standard, description of the new pcap
enctype and also a few example captures.
