    TECMP: Resetting VLAN depth per frame
    
    The current dissector only allows 10 nested vlan tags and stops
    dissections, if more are present.
    This patch lets the TECMP dissetor reset the VLAN depth for
    each embedded Ethernet frame it hands over the Ethernet dissector.
