    Bluetooth: ATT: Fix cast-warnings
    
    1. Use explicit cast from gint16 to gint then to gdouble
       - I can understand my compiler - implicit cast is not explicit cast
    2. Fix const cast by remove "const" from one field but add it whenever
       possible in other places
