    Clean up the ATM dissection a bit.
    
    Have separate dissectors for ATM MPLS pseudo-wire traffic and regular
    traffic.  That way, we can handle the regular traffic dissectors being
    handed private data, e.g. an ATM pseudo-header from libwiretap.
