The GTK version of the capture summary dialog is a bit outdated in the
protocols it can show.   While a preference can enabled it, it's been defaulted
to OFF since 2006 so many Wireshark users may not even know it exists (and how
useful it could be).

Changing this bug to an enhancement request to add the "capture summary dialog"
back, but with the ability to customize protocols shown.   Capture info API
(and "capture" dissectors) have been refactored to make this possible.  The
next step is just providing a GUI interface for it in Qt.
