Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

The extcap interface correctly loads default values in its dialog. But those
values are not used for the actual run.

Example: sshdump gives a default for the capture filter. If the user doesn't
change it I expect the default filter su be submitted during the capture while
it is not.
