Since commit 63ff3d90535d5e0d2b79108bb9f825e825132628 which will be available
in Wireshark 2.0.6 the same decimal display previously available in the DSCP
column can be obtained by using a Custom column with the field "ip.dsfield.dscp
or ipv6.tclass.dscp" and disabling "Show Resolved Names".

There is one difference, the decimal values are left-aligned instead of
right-aligned. I find that annoying and might open a separate bug for that.

Closing this one as FIXED. If someone feels differently feel free to change.
