I have frequently run into an issue saving a key in the RSA key list under the
SSL Protocol Preferences. It continues to reuse an old key after specifying a
new one.

Steps:
1) Create an entry in the RSA key list w/ IP,Port,Protocol (http), and key file
(key1.pem)
2) Click OK
3) Restart Wireshark
4) Change the key file to a new key (key2.pem)
5) Click OK
6) Restart Wireshark
7) Observe key1.pem is set in the key list instead of key2.pem

I'm not sure whether the first restart is necessary, but this has happened
several times now.
