MCC 244 corresponds to Finland, and no MNC 07 or 075 exists in our E.212 list.
Wireshark first checks if there is a known MNC with 2 digits that fit. If not,
it assumes that there is 3 digits (it has no way to know).
Given that we cannot know the MNC size, I see not many solution:
- let the code as-is and mark the bug as WONTFIX
- indicate that MNC length cannot be retrieved and that 2 values are possible
(not sure about what should be the value for filter; allow both?)
