If I understand, this hint label could appear at the bottom of the conversation
window ( like it does in "Follow TCP Stream" window )  when hovering "Rel
Start" column ?  This could work I would think. Especially on the TCP or UDP
tabs. But when you have huge list of TCP connections you still need to figure
the approximate time since you started the capture to get at the right spot
since the user will say something like  "I got the issue at 2h43" based on is
laptop/PC time....
(In that case if I started the capture with specific filters at 8h00 AM  I will
need to do some math to know I should look around 24180 sec Rel to Start...) 

Instead of adding a Column could it be possible for the user just to chose what
that column would display between "Rel Start" or "Abs Time" in form of hh:mm:ss
?
