Wireshark Team,

Thank you for providing a dissector for the Cisco Time Tag.

I provided some misinformation,   The time value is is 100ps, not ns as I
previously stated.   

Would it be possible to move the decimial point to the right one integer.  
Also add decimal points in the display be between each time resolution value
(explained better below)

Current value display    sssss.mmmuuunnn


if it is not possible to add decimals,   ssss.mmmuuunnnp

Most Desired value display  sssss.mmm.uuu.nnn.p
