Empty display filter line shows hint "Apply a display filter <Command/>".
This is counter-intuitive, usual convention is <Enter> to apply a filter.
Works that way in zillions of apps.
Standard Mail, to name one.
WIRESHARK is the other, it does work as "apply a display filter" (2nd+ time,
separate bug #12449 about that).
Pressing Command/ actually brings "/" character up to display filter line.
Applies nothing.
Possible actions:
1. just remove confusing hint, just put "Display filter" there
2. if needed some shortcut to move cursor to Display filter line and that
shortcut is <Command/>
2.1. say so in hint "Display filter (<Command/>)
2.2. make it work that way -- so pressing <Command/> would just move cursor up
