It would certainly be ok to have both, but the one activated by right-clicking
and selecting "Apply as Filter > Selected" or "Prepare a Filter > Selected"
should use the value shown in the Packet Details pane, which is the calculated
value.

A user should be able to work directly with the value shown in the Packet
Details pane even if he doesn't know that it is different from what is actually
stored in the packet.
