Sounds like a WinPCAP problem: when doing simultaneous capture on multiple
remote devices it's probably not using an ephemeral local port for each
connection--or something like that.  Or maybe the remote device (rpcapd) is the
one with the bind problem.

Could someone try capturing traffic--at least that on the RPCAP port (2002 for
Polycom) going in and out of the computer that has Wireshark trying to connect
to a remote capture device and attach it here?  I don't think rpcap stuff is
encrypted so we could see if the error is from WinPCAP or the rpcapd.
