I've tried Wireshark 2.0.1 and it behaves the same.
Namely, the first attached pcap file has a packet where the RPL full address is
taken from the preceding Mobile IP Home Address and the second attached pcap
file has a packet where the RPL full address ignores the preceding Mobile IP
Home Address and the full address uses the IPv6 destination address.
