I tried 2.1.0-1730-g97a1a50. A quick test seems to show everything working
normally now.

1. Capture filters take effect again.

2. Capture filters can be cleared.

3. When capturing on a single interface, the capture filter appears in
parentheses in the title bar again. (That went away for a while.)

4. Capture filters can be applied to multiple interfaces, and they can be the
same for all selected interfaces, or different.
