For embedded use dumpcap, tshark or tcpdump might be a better option to produce
a capture file and view it offline with Wireshark.

We moved away from plugins so reintroducing them probably won't happen.

Some one proposed to group dissectors in the makefiles to make it possible to
build a striped down version with only essential dissectors but I think it
would be difficult to get consensus on "essential".
