Sorry, let me clarify - I agree, that the sorting of how libpcap/WinPcap
provides the interfaces is good and valid. The way extcap interfaces are being
sorted in this list is not. They are in the wrong order, and this should be
corrected. If it needs to be alphabetical or something else (and I do agree,
that adopting the methods from *pcap should be preferred), needs to be figured
out.

So to summarize - the way extcap interfaces are read and sorted is somewhat
broken atm.
