Apologies for the delay, it was a more hectic Christmas break than I initially
thought!

I tried building wireshark-2.0.1rc0-229-g0d990bd from source, however, after
multiple attempts and various packages missing, I've reached an impasse. Every
time I try to build it, the make stage is failing. I've attached the output
from this. Chances are I'm missing something very obvious, but after hours of
trying to work out what it is, I've given up. I see things have moved on, so
I'm not sure how useful this will be. In the meantime I can still use the GTK
UI and utilise the RTP player in that.
