Do you have network (or any other) name resolution enabled?  What happens if
you disable all the name resolution options?

For network name resolution do you have external name resolvers enabled?  Your
build does not have c-ares nor ADNS so all your name resolution is going to be
synchronous (read: potentially very slow).
