Works fine for me in Version 2.1.0-1059-g396c92a QT.

My steps: 

1. selected http host line in HTTP decode
2. selected context menu "Colorize with Filter" -> "New Conversation Rule"
3. Set a rule name and a color, then clicked "Okay"

Rule was colorized correctly. Same if creating a color rule from the packet
list popup menu. Maybe this was fixed since 2.0?

If you can reproduce the problem please add a comment with the exact steps how
to do it.
